Build a solo Creator job
Open GTA Online Creator and start a new job. Give it any name and description you like; those fields don't affect the outfit. Take the required thumbnail photo, then set the job's minimum player count to one. You'll also need enough placed items for the Creator to accept the job. Don't overthink the layout. A Lobby Camera, one Trigger Point, and the necessary Spawn Points are normally enough to make a simple playable setup. Before saving, check that the job has no validation warnings. Choose the Krampus variant
Go into Team settings, open Team 1, and set its minimum player requirement to one as well. Then head to Appearance. Cycle through the outfit categories until Xmas Krampus turns up. That's where you'll find options such as Vile Krampus, Rotten Krampus, and Horrible Krampus. Pick the one you actually want to keep, because it's the version the job will load onto your character. Return to an Online session, open the Pause Menu, and follow My Jobs to your Creator content. Launch the job. Once you're standing in it, use the Interaction Menu and go to Appearance, then Illuminated Clothing. Hold Right on the D-pad for around 30 seconds. Players use this pause to encourage the game to register the outfit state. After that, don't quit the job manually. Let the game remove you for being idle. Console players can leave the game alone from the home screen, while PC players often suspend the game process briefly. If the method worked, your selected Krampus outfit should now be visible in Freemode. Head directly to a clothing shop or your apartment wardrobe and save it in an unused outfit slot.
